Refunds & Exchanges

1. What if customer would like to have refunded as she changed mind on the product?
This is not allowed for hygiene purposes.

2. What if customer would like to get refunded if her skin had a reaction?
Firstly, with new customers, they are usually welcome to a free demo/facial.
And if customer can proof after use of 1-2 days with a medical doctor’s letter, date of receipt purchased, that the adverse reaction is attributed to our products in 1-2 days, after which we will refund the customer in full with return of the product within 7 days. 

3. What if customer asked to return item after 30 days?
This is not allowed.

4. Do you offer refund on allergic customers?
As replied in question 2.

5. What is the process to obtain the refund for allergic customers?
Return the item and once Customer Service receives the item a refund will process upon?
First, a doctor’s letter attributing the allergic reaction to our product must be produced. Secondly, the product must be returned. Once we receive the letter and the product, a refund will be done in 14 days.

Exchanges:
Please see replies below in blue. However, do note that we have not received any return of the roller where damage can be attributed to us, as quality control has been conducted in Japan before the roller is released for purchase.

1. What are the complete guidelines with regards to the Exchange process?
Customers should check that the product is received in good condition. Customers can return the existing product to us for examination of damage. If found to be attributed to us, customers will receive a new product in exchange for the existing one.
Customers should notify us in seven business days, after which an exchange will be concluded in 14 days.

2. What should we look out for to know if the item is eligible for an exchange? (ex. Packaging is not damaged, etc..)
Look out for damage on the products. Damage to packaging is not eligible for exchange.
Customers should notify us in seven days.


3. How many exchanges are allowed per customer? Do you have a time limit for the exchanges? 
So far no damage has been attributed to us.
Customers should contact us within seven days upon purchase of the product after which an exchange will be concluded in 14 days.
After the period of seven days, the warranty period of one year comes into effect and we cannot guarantee the exchange in 14 days.
